1. Didiname ratą. (Increasing the size of the wheel)

Polygonal lasso tool (L) pazymime rata, su Copy marged (Shft+Ctrl+C) kopijuojame ir Paste (Ctrl+V) ikeliame. Su Movie tool (V) istampome iki reikalingo dydzio. Tam ir kad istampymas  butu taisiklingas visa tai atliekant pageidautina laikyti paspaudus (Shft)

Using Polygonal lasso tool (L) select the wheel , using Copy marged (Shft+Ctrl+C) copy it, and Paste (Ctrl+V) . Using Move tool (V) pull it till the needed size. In order, that the pulling would be well-formed, while you pull hold Shift button.

2. Didiname ratlanki: (Increasing the size of the rim)

Polygonal lasso tool (L) pazymime ratlanki, su Copy marged (Shft+Ctrl+C) kopijuojame ir Paste (Ctrl+V) ikeliame. Su Movie tool (V) istampome iki reikalingo dydzio. Tam ir kad istampymas  butu taisiklingas visa tai atliekant pageidautina laikyti paspaudus (Shft). Kad galima butu tiksliau pakoreguoti darome ratlanki skaidresni per: Layer-Layer Style-Blending options ir sumaziname Opacity tiek kad matystusi originalaus dydzio ratlankis. Istacius padidinta ratlanki Opavity galima grazinti iki 100%.

Using Polygonal lasso tool (L) select your rim, and using Copy marged (Shft+Ctrl+C) copy it and paste Paste (Ctrl+V). Using Move tool (V) pull it till the needed size. In order, that the pulling would be well-formed, while you pull hold Shift button. In order to do it more accurate we can do our rim more overlayed using: Layer > Layer Style > Blending options and decrease Opacity, that you can see the original sized one. When you put your new rim correctly, you can increase Opacity back to 100%

Iskerpame geriausiai panasiu kampu esanti norima uzdeti ratlanki ir uzdedame ant jau taisiklingai padidinto ratlankio. Galima naudoti ir antrame zingsnuje aprasyta skaidrumo sumazinimo buda.

To insert a new rim, you should choose as accurate perspective rim as your‘s old one, as you can, and put it on the well-formed one. You can also use the Opacity decreasing way, which I used in second step too.

In this way you can avoid incorrect wheel transforming.
